Nicole Bedoya is the creative force behind Bedoya Bells. Nicole is a certified Personal Trainer (NASM) and Kettlebell Coach (RKC, Bell Mechanics, PKM). She brings a blend of fun, creativity, and serious results to her workouts. As your best friend in fitness and your biggest cheerleader, Nicole makes sure you stay motivated and enjoy every step of your strength training journey. Her programs aren’t just about kettlebells—they’re about transforming how you train at home with effective and engaging workouts.
